- What does exhibition support in Surabaya cost?
- There is no package price, because the scope varies: some clients need the booth and everything inside it, others already have an empty shell from the organiser and only need it filled. What moves the number is stand size, how long the show runs, how much equipment is hired, and whether our team stays on site through it. Send the show name, the dates and your stand size and we will come back with an estimate broken down by part.
- How is this different from just hiring a booth?
- Hiring a booth stops at the structure. Exhibition services cover the planning beforehand, the furniture and equipment that fill it, and the crew who install it and support it while the show runs.
- Can Narvex work with a shell scheme the organiser already provides?
- Yes. With an organiser-supplied shell, the work shifts to fitting it out: furniture, displays, graphics, lighting and the visitor route inside the space you have been given.
- When should we get in touch?
- As early as the dates are confirmed. The constraint is rarely production time — it is how long design approval takes, and that is the stage that most often runs long.
- Do you work with public institutions and universities?
- Yes. A share of our work is exhibitions and programmes run by institutions and event organisers, not only commercial brands.
