Including concealed storage — the part most often forgotten until the first morning of the show.

Free-standing construction that does not damage the venue's walls, and survives being taken apart.

Photo walls, registration desks, small platforms, and the pieces that only make sense made to measure.

Paint, laminates and edge work that survive several rounds of build and strike.

Designed to come apart and go back together, for pieces that will be used again.

Questions we get asked
- What does custom exhibition furniture cost, and how is it different from buying off the shelf?
- Price follows size, material, how complex the build is, and whether the piece is made for one show or for repeated assembly. Unlike stock units sold by an exhibition supplies vendor, the dimensions and the finish follow your product and your space — which is also why it cannot be quoted by the crate. Send your stand size and photographs of what will be on display.
- Can we order furniture without ordering a booth?
- Yes. Furniture, displays and props can be ordered on their own, including for a shell scheme the show organiser has already supplied.
- What materials do you use?
- Most of our work is timber and engineered panel, chosen for the load it carries and how often the piece will be assembled and taken apart. Materials are named in the shop drawings before production is approved.
- Can the furniture be reused at other shows?
- Yes, if it is designed knock-down from the start. Say so in the brief, because it changes the joints and the finishing we choose.
- Do you deliver outside Surabaya?
- Yes. Name the destination city in your brief so packing and freight are included in the estimate.
