Questions we get asked
- What does hiring an event organiser in Surabaya cost?
- It depends on the scale of the event, the expected headcount, the venue, and which parts you hand over — some clients take the whole run of show, others only stage production and equipment with the crew to operate it. That is why we do not publish package pricing. Give us the date, the city, a rough headcount, and the parts you are already handling yourself.
- Does Narvex run events outside Surabaya?
- Yes. We are based in Surabaya and work across East Java and beyond. Name the city and the venue in your brief so travel and equipment transport are costed from the start.
- Can we use only part of the service, such as stage production?
- Yes. Some clients have their own organising committee and need only set production, or equipment with technicians. Tell us which parts you are already handling.
- How far ahead should we get in touch?
- As early as possible, particularly if the date falls in a busy season. The constraint is usually venue availability and the time left to approve a concept, not production time.
- Is event documentation available?
- Yes, content production and documentation are part of what we do. Say so in the brief, because it affects how the stage and lighting are set.
